Access: Se accede partiendo de la ciudad de Junín de los Andes por la ruta Nacional N° 234 y tras 30 Kms. de asfalto, se llega al puente de la Rinconada. A partir de allí empalmamos por la ruta Nacional N° 40 y durante aproximadamente 40 Kms. se suceden numerosos accesos desde la ruta a la margen izquierda del río.
Comments: No es navegable, siquiera por canoas, debido a su escasa profundidad.
