Municipio: Junín de Los Andes
Access: Partiendo de Junin de los Andes hacia el norte por la Ruta Nacional Nº234, hacer unos 4 kilómetros hasta el río Chimehuin. Antes de cruzar el puente, tomar a la izquierda en la Ruta Provincial Nº61. Tras unos 4 km sobre esta ruta se encuentra el centro de Piscicultura Truchas del Sur SRL. Continuando con el recorrido, a 22 km de Junín de los Andes, se arriba al extremo este del lago Huechulafquen y entrada al Parque Nacional Lanín.
Comments: Ubicado en el Parque Nacional Lanín. Es el lago más extenso del parque. En su extremo éste desagua formando el río Chimehuin, que corre hacia el Océano Atlántico a través de los ríos Collón Curá, Limay y Negro.
Prohibido el trolling desde el arroyo Blanco hasta el Río Chimehuin y desde allí 500 m hasta la zona llamada Quilantral.
